Terms & Community Guidelines
Last updated: 8/7/2026
1. Accepting the terms
By commenting on ShareRide Hub, you agree to these Terms and Community Guidelines. If you do not agree, please do not comment or otherwise contribute content.
2. Community guidelines
We want ShareRide Hub to be a welcoming, useful space for drivers. To keep it that way:
- Be respectful. No personal attacks, harassment, hate speech, or threats.
- Stay on topic. Comments should relate to the article they are posted on.
- No spam or self-promotion. Limit links to two per comment. Repeated low-effort or promotional posts will be removed.
- No misinformation. Do not post false claims about pay, deactivations, or legal matters.
- Protect privacy. Do not post personal information about others, including full names, license plates, or trip details.
- Keep it clean. Excessive profanity or graphic content will be removed.
3. Comment limits
To reduce spam, comments are limited to 300 words. We may rate-limit or hold comments for review based on volume, content, or source — including comments that appear to come from the same network too frequently.
4. Moderation
Our moderators may approve, flag, hide, or remove comments that violate these guidelines. We may also limit the ability of repeat offenders to comment. Moderation decisions are at our discretion and are not a guarantee of editorial endorsement.
5. Your license to us
You retain ownership of your comments, but by posting you grant ShareRide Hub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and adapt your comment in connection with the site.
6. Disclaimer of affiliation
ShareRide Hub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Uber Technologies, Inc., Lyft, Inc., or DoorDash, Inc. All trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
7. Limitation of liability
ShareRide Hub is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for decisions you make based on articles or comments, including financial, legal, or employment decisions. Always consult a qualified professional for advice specific to your situation.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site and comments after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
